ZTE Blade V9 with a 5.7-inch display and Android Oreo to launch next year

Nothing much happened for ZTE in 2017 but it seems as if the company is in the mood to turn the tables around. 

A ZTE branded handset has been showcased on the Spanish website of the company. It is the Blade V9 which is expected to feature a 5.7-inch display ( with an 18:9 aspect ratio). The device supports a double-sided glass design.

The ZTE blade V9 cannot be in the category of a bezel-less phone because of its narrow display. There is a fingerprint sensor at the back and no home button.

The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor under-the-hood, just like the Xiaomi’s Redmi 5. The smartphone is supported by a dual rear camera setup with 16MP autofocus sensor with a f/18 aperture, a 5MP fixed focus sensor, and a 13MP front camera. 

The Blade V9 has three variants 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, and 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It is worth mentioning that the storage can be expanded through a microSD card. The phone comes with a hybrid-dual SIM slot. 

The device has a 3,200 mAh battery and runs on Android Oreo out-of-the-box. It weighs 140 grams and comes in two shades (Black and Gold). Rumours suggest that the smartphone will be launched in CES 2018. The price of the Blade V9 is not disclosed yet.
