It was indeed sad news when Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 was not available for purchasing. The Pad 3 was launched in April 2017, there were many speculations made for the device that Xiaomi may not debut another tablet. But every dark cloud has a silver lining, today Lei Jun ( CEO of Xiaomi ) has officially established that the company is currently working on a next-generation tablet on Weibo.
There is still less transparency on whether the Chinese company will launch a new Mi Pad 4, or will they re-stock Mi Pad 3. Yes, readers, the Mi 3 is categorically sold out and is no longer available on any of the company’s store. Many other top brands like Samsung, Microsoft and Apple have introduced a hybrid two in one laptop plus tablet device. Thus the rumours say that Xiaomi is also anticipated to make hybrid laptop-tablet device debut by launching a Mi Pad 4 series.
Conjectures about the new device are also that it might support 4G LTE connectivity. Earlier Xiaomi had launched the Mi Notebook Air which had Wi-Fi connectivity thus there are probable chances that Mi Pad 4 may support 4G LTE.
