Sony Xperia XZ Pro has surfaced online. It is scheduled to release at the MWC 2018. The phone is likely to be the first to have a 4K OLED display. The schematics of the phone have revealed a nearly bezel-less design and a dual rear camera setup.
The schematics of the phone show its rear and front design. The device is likely to feature a selfie snapper, a loudspeaker and a sensor on its top bezel. The bottom bezel will have another loudspeaker. The front camera of the phone will have a 13MP sensor.
The leak also suggests that the phone will have a 5.7-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is worth mentioning that the Sony Xperia XZ Pro will be the first bezel-less phone by Sony.
The rear panel of the phone features a dual camera setup with an LED flash. The cameras are aligned horizontally. The phone is likely to carry a combination of 18MP + 12MP sensors with a pixel size of 1.33μm and 1.38μm respectively.
The fingerprint sensor is integrated with the power button on the right side and the volume rocker is present on the top of it.
Some leaks have also speculated the presence of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 on the phone. The Sony Xperia XZ Pro has been mentioned to have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM, expandable via microSD card.
The device is likely to run Android 8.0 Oreo. It is also likely to have a 3,420mAh battery. The phone can cost anywhere between $900 and $950 (around Rs 58,000).
Along with the Xperia XZ Pro, Sony is also likely to launch the Xperia XZ2 at the Mobile World Congress.
