It is the fourth amongst the Sony Xperia phones to receive it, Xperia XZ, XZ Premium, and XZs have already received the update.

The update in this handset brings a few additional features as well like, reminders and Xperia actions. You should have a stable internet connection to update your handset because the size of the update is 1.2GB.
The X Premium has 23 MP back camera with a 13 MP front camera, a display of 5-inch with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 MSM8996 processor and is available in Black, Pink, White, and Gold. It has two key display features, the light sensor and the proximity sensor.
Like Nokia, Sony is also among the few manufacturers which have rolled out Android 8.0 Oreo OS.
