Smartron launches the tband with capability to check heart rate and blood pressure at Rs 4,999

Among the plethora of smartphone releases, it’s refreshing to see something new every now and then. Today, Smartron launched the tband which is their attempt at the fitness band market. The Smartron tband will run you Rs. 4999 and will be available exclusively on Flipkart starting at 12:01 on May 13, 2018. 
The Smartron tband comes with a bevy of sensors that enables it to provide you with valuable health information. Combined with the ‘thealth’ app gives the user an overall Health Index score which is a combination of activity tracking, calorie count, sleeping patterns, stress and fatigue levels as well as blood pressure and heart health.  
Apart from helping you with your health, the tband also does have a lot of features that make it smarter. It comes with a lot of smart features that helps the user throughout his/her day with customizable alerts for waking up and medicine reminders, DnD option, inactive and SOS alerts, SMS and call notifications.

 The smartron tband also comes with sleep tracking which will help you get an even accurate look at your health. The tband can track both the sleep duration and detects when you are moving too much to measure sleep quality. 

It comes with an IP 67 rating that makes it dust and water resistant, although, we have been specifically told that it’s not meant for underwater usage, and is not fit to be worn while swimming. The band is compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones, and the app connects to it to sync all your data.

It comes with an OLED display with a 100mAh LI battery that lasts for 2-4 days depending on notifications and usage. As an introductory offer, the tband comes with a free leather strap worth Rs 1000.
