Sennheiser launched the CX400BT a few months ago, which was aimed at the mid-premium crowd with the pricing for the wireless earphone being Rs 16,990. While the brand is not very popular for products in the budget crowd, with today’s launch, the brand seems to be wishing to join the highly competitive budget crowd with the Sennheiser HD 250BT and CX120BT. Let us discuss the specifications of the same in brief.
Sennheiser HD 250BT and CX120 BT Specifications
The affordable earphones of the two, the CX 120BT is wireless neckband earphones, which support Bluetooth 4.1 alongside SBC and aptX Bluetooth codecs. There is also a low latency mode as part of the aptX codec. The earphones can also be used with up to two source devices, and, the battery life offered by these neckbands is of six hours on a single charge.
Coming to the more expensive earphones of the bunch, the Sennheiser HD 250BT is an on-ear wireless headset, with classic Sennheiser design cues on the headset. The headphones have support for Bluetooth 5.0, with support for SBC, AAC, AptX Bluetooth codec support. The headphones have the same low latency mode as the CX120BT. These headphones can be used with the Sennheiser smart control app, which gives user additional settings to configure. The battery life is quite a lot higher, with 25 hours of battery life on a single charge.
The Sennheiser CX120BT is priced at Rs 3,490 with the HD250BT priced at Rs 5,490. One can purchase these headphones via Sennheiser’s official site, E-commerce sites and major retail stores in India.
