The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus owner’s are now getting the fourth Oreo beta update. Though the testing still needs to be done, this update is mainly for fixing the bugs just like the third Oreo update.
It includes the fix for the problem of excessive battery consumption, syncing errors with Samsung cloud, and the bug which makes the device rebooting when idle. The devices sometimes vibrate randomly, this bug fixes everything mentioned above.
This update includes the December security patch and brings in improved stability in the Bluetooth. The update weighs 850 MB and is being tested out in the UK to the beta testers.
Though we have certain doubts whether Samsung will roll out the final version of Oreo for both the devices or not. As per the team from the UK, the update could soon come by the end of January.
We will let you know if the update fixes any more bugs and when it will be finally rolled out.
