It has been some time since Google released Android Oreo. Many smartphone companies are facing issues in rolling out the OS to their phones. Samsung is one such company. However, Samsung Canada has released a timeline for releasing Android Oreo to all its flagship phones. Samsung’s flagships including the Galaxy S8, Note 8 and others are all going to receive the stable build of Android Oreo, finally.

Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ Android Oreo date: March 18

The company released this timeline through Samsung Members app on March 9. The first ones to receive Oreo are Galaxy S8 and S8+. The Canadian units of the phone will receive Android Oreo from March 18 onwards. The company deployed the beta update in mid-January and faced some unexpected issues. Recently, the update started rolling out in Europe and was expected for North America within a few weeks.
