Samsung reportedly top ranks as biggest smartwatch maker in Q2, 2021, according to IDC

Samsung has announced that its top-ranked as the biggest smartwatch manufacturer in Q2, 2021, according to IDC Worldwide Quarterly Wearable Device Tracker. The Korean maker further suggests that their smartwatch shipments reportedly registered 860% of YoY growth. That seemingly made them rank number one in the country. Besides, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 and Watch 3 series were their devices with which the company had back-rolled for up to June this year gaining 41.2% market share.

While the predecessors made the achievement possible; the company has also opened the pre-bookings of their latest smartwatches: the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic in the country. Both start at Rs 23,999 and 31,999 respectively.

Samsung Emerges as India’s no. 1 Smartwatch Company
