The Samsung Galaxy A to launch in India on January 10

Samsung Galaxy A (2018)

Samsung is all set to refresh the “A” series of smartphones in 2018. We have information that the Galaxy A will launch on January 10 and will sport a bezel-less display.

Junho Park (Vice President) of Global Product Planning Samsung Electronics said, “With the release of the Galaxy A8(2018) and A8+(2018), we’re bringing features from our flagship smartphones, such as the ‘Infinity Display’ and our first dual front camera with ‘Live Focus’,”.

Although the bezel-less feature has been maintained as a prime feature of high-end smartphones, like the Note 8 and Galaxy S8. But it seems like the design is trickling down to budget phones as well. There are great chances that 2018 we will see many premium mid-range phones with the bezel-less pattern.

As far as specs the Galaxy A might feature an 18:9 aspect ratio, 4GB of RAM and will run on Android 7.1 Nougat. These specifications are still rumoured so please this with a pinch of salt until and unless we have confirmation on the specs.
