Samsung Galaxy M53 5G will soon hit the markets that include Indian and global markets. The company has unveiled the forthcoming Galaxy M53 5G on its official Samsung Mobile Press website, which showcases the device and its specifications. It will be the next mid-range smartphone under the Galaxy M series, perhaps releasing in the Indian market after the recent Galaxy M33 5G release.

The Galaxy M53 5G comes with a 6.7-inches Full HD+ Infinity-O display. It is a Super AMOLED Plus screen and comes with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device appears to be in a slimmer form factor as it measures only 7.9mm in thickness, followed by weighing 179 grams.
MediaTek Dimensity 900
An unspecified octa-core processor powers the Galaxy M53 5G with 2.4Ghz. However, Sammobile indicates that it is a Demisnity 900 SoC, the first Galaxy M series device to get the MediaTek chipset. The device further includes up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. There is microSD expansion too for up to 1TB. The Galaxy M53 5G will ship with Android 12-based OneUI 4.1 out of the box.
The other prominent aspect of the Galaxy M53 appears to be its rear camera. It features a 108MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture followed by an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide, a 2MP f/2.4 depth and a 2MP f/2.4 macro sensor. The device uses a 32MP f/2.2 sensor for selfies enclosed in the pinhole on the front.
The Galaxy M53 5G draws power from a typical 5000mAh battery supporting Samsung’s 25W fast charging technology. It supports 5G, LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, and dual-band Wi-Fi. Other notable specs of the device include Samsung Knox security.
