Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 is the new device; that brings in minor upgrades to the previous model, which is now official in India. According to the company, like the predecessor; the 2021 edition will also be for the millennials and Gen Z consumers in the country. The device starts at Rs 12,499 for the 4GB+64GB storage variant, and the larger 6GB+128GB retails at Rs 14,499. It will be available for purchase on the Samsung India website, Amazon India, and retail stores starting from July 21, 2021

The Galaxy M21 2021 features a 6.4-inches Full HD+ AMOLED Infinity-U display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate; the same as the predecessor. The difference, however, is on the exterior meaning; now, you get a new pattern design, unlike the previous iteration. There’s also a change in the camera module as two of the sensors are embedded in a single capsule-shaped module, wherein the other one settles as a separate entity.

The Galaxy M21 2021 brings in a new 48MP GM2 sensor as its main camera, coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide camera that has a 123-degree field of view. For portrait shots, there’s a 5MP depth camera as well. On the front, we can find a 20MP selfie shooter enclosed in an Infinity-U display, the same as the previous iteration.

Under the hood, the Galaxy M21 2021 retains the Exynos 9611 SoC, an in-house developed octa-core processor. Followed by: up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. On the software front, the device here ships with Android 11-based OneUI Core 3.1. A giant 6000mAh battery powers the device, which supports fast charging via USB Type-C; includes a 15W charge adapter in the retail packaging.

All in all, Samsung claims that the previous Galaxy M21 has gained immense traction from the consumers, as mentioned earlier, due to which they’ve decided to bring in the new version with new tweaks.
