Samsung Galaxy M12 is the latest budget offering of the Galaxy M series launched in India. According to Samsung, it became the number one selling phone on its debut on Amazon India by climbing to rank one of the e-commerce Best Selling list. The company further says it achieved this mark within the first 48 hours of the sale, which also includes Amazon’s prime early access.

The Galaxy M12 is the successor to Galaxy M11 launched last year; it brings several improvements to the predecessor and also has segment-first features like a 90Hz display, for instance. Samsung also implies that on its first day of sale; it sold 3.65 times more than the Galaxy M02s smartphone, which came into the market in January, this year. This also implies Samsung’s popularity that seems to be increasing in the country; especially in the sub-15K segment.
