The uncertainty regarding the Huawei P20 series design ends today as official renders of all three devices have leaked. We did start to see a trend of design lately with most leaks pointing in the same direction. Take a look below at the design. Further, specifications of the three handsets have also almost been confirmed, more or less.
The P20 Pro is the cream of the crop coming with all the bells and whistles. It will have a Black, Blue, and Purple shade. While its smaller brother, the P20 should get black, blue and pink shades. The P20 Pro will sport an OLED display as opposed to an LCD panel in the standard P20. The other major feature that separates the two high-end variants is the rear camera.
The triple camera setup will include an 80mm telephoto lens capable of 3 times more zoom. The other two are expected to be an RGB and a monochrome sensor branded by Leica, of course. The two sensors will sport f/1.6 and f/2.4 apertures respectively, as per current info. In comparison, the P20 should feature just a dual rear camera setup. Both setups should also get an infrared sensor as well as a laser autofocus sensor.
As for common specs, both the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro will boast a HiSilicon Kirin 970 CPU, a 24MP front camera, and fingerprint sensors at the front. Both the handsets should also come with 19:9 aspect ratio with a Full-HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2280p. In fact, even the P20 Lite should also bear the exact same display resolution.
The source of these leaks also states that both these handsets won’t get MicroSD card support. As for the battery, the Pro variant may get a bigger 4000mAh juice pack. While the standard variant might get a 3400mAh power source.
As for the Huawei P20 Lite, it is supposed to come with a Kirin 659 CPU. It is supposed to come in Black, Blue and Pink paint. The P20 Lite will supposedly feature watered down specs making it pocket-friendly. The P20 Lite may feature a 2900mAh battery.
Bear in mind that not all specs mentioned here are confirmed but there is a good likelihood of them being onboard the devices. Price of the series is projected to start with 369 Euros for the P20 Lite going all the way up to 899 Euros for the P20 Pro.
