After a lot of waiting, Xiaomi has finally launched the Redmi Note 6 Pro in India. The successor to the big-hit Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with a couple of improvements along with the same pocket-friendly price tag of Rs 13,999.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro specifications
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with a 6.26-inch full-HD+ (1080×2280 pixels) IPS LCD display with a notch at the top. Under the hood, there’s a Snapdragon 636 SoC coupled with 4/6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
As for cameras, there’s a dual 12MP+5MP setup at the back. There’s also a 20MP+2MP shooter up front for the selfie enthusiasts. To assist you in low light, Xiaomi has also added a flash on the front side as well. Powering the entire setup is a decently sized 4,000mAh battery.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro price and availability
The Redmi Note 6 Pro is priced at Rs. 13,999 for the 4+64GB variant and Rs. 15,999 for the 6+64GB variant. The smartphone will be available for sale on both Flipkart and Mi.com. What’s more is that it will be available for purchase on the next day only, that is, November 23. Interestingly, it will be sold at a flat Rs 1,000 discounted price on its first sale.
The effective price would be Rs 12,999 for the 4GB model and Rs 14,999 for the 6GB model if you purchase it tomorrow on the black Friday sale. The device will be sold as part of Xiaomi’s “Black Friday Sale”. And will be available in multiple colour options like Rose Gold, Denim Blue, Black, and Red.
