Realme Narzo 50 5G is the latest offering from the company announced today in the country. Realme has announced the new handset next to its Pro variant — the Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G. The device comes in two colours: Hyper Black and Hyper Blue, and is offered in three storage models. The Narzo 50 5G starts at Rs 15,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant, the 4GB+128GB costs Rs 16,999, and the larger 6GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs 17,999.

Realme is offering an introductory offer with HDFC Bank Debit and Credit card users, which gives them a flat Rs 2,000 discount. This translates to aforementioned devices starting from Rs 13,999, Rs 14,999 and Rs 15,999 respectively. The first sale of the device starts on May 24th at noon. Users can purchase the models either from the realme India website, Amazon India, or retail stores across the country.

The Narzo 50 5G features a 6.6-inches display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is enclosed in a Kevlar textured back design, which the device arrives in, and the design also involves flat edges all around instead of rounded corners.

The MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G SoC powers the device with promised clock speeds of up to 2.4GHz. For graphics, it utilises Arm Mali G57 MC2 GPU. The device features up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The device supports up to 11GB of Dynamic RAM feature. A 5000mAh battery powering the device supports realme’s 33W Dart Charge technology.

A 48MP Ultra HD camera is present next to a B&W portrait lens on the rear. On the front, the device equips an 8MP selfie shooter. The connectivity on the Narzo 50 includes dual-mode 5G, and Wi-Fi 5 up to 5.8GHz. It supports Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/AGPS, Beidou, Glonass, QZSS, and Galileo. Lastly, it ships with Android 12-based realme UI 3.0 out of the box. On the whole, the device weighs around 180 grams and measures 8.1mm in thickness.
