realme narzo 30 Pro 5G is now official in the country. This comes as part of the realme narzo 30 series featuring alongside narzo 30A. While the latter is a budget offering from the company, the narzo 30 Pro 5G happens to be the more premium model in the lot. It brings in 5G capabilities for the narzo series for the first time. Not just 5G, the device further comes with high refresh rate displays, bigger batteries, multiple rear cameras, and also a prominent MediaTek chipset.

realme narzo 30 Pro 5G also equips a punch-hole display, for the first time. It measures 6.5-inches and is a Full HD+ IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Besides, there’s a 180Hz touch sampling rate. There’s an auto-select refresh rate feature, which sets the suitable refresh rate based on the app you’re using. The display can achieve peak brightness of up to 600 nits, 405ppi, and screen to body ratio of 90.5%.
On the design front, the narzo 30 Pro features two-colour variants comprising — Sword Black, and Blade Silver. The device is said to be cool to the touch on the rear, which features an AG coating process, for appearance and texture. realme says the rear texture is durable and beautiful and resists fingerprints as well.

realme narzo 30 Pro is a 5G phone; thanks to MediaTek’s Dimensity 800U 5G capable SoC. The 7nm process built chipset is an octa-core processor that can achieve clock speeds of up to 2.4GHz. It further accompanies Arm Mali-G57 MC3 GPU, for graphics.
The narzo 30 Pro has two storage variants comprising 6GB/8GB RAM (LPDDR4x) coupled with 64GB/128GB (UFS 2.1) built-in storage options respectively. There’s an expandable storage option through a micro SD card for up to 256GB.
The device ships with realme UI, which is Android 10-based out of the box. The company is promising to bring a realme UI 2.0 update quite soon, later this year.

The narzo 30 Pro has AI-powered triple rear cameras; a 48MP f/1.8 sensor acts as the primary camera; followed by an 8MP f/2.3 ultra-wide lens with a 119-degree field of view and a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens. The photography modes include — ultra 48MP mode, super nightscape mode, chroma boost, to name a few. For video, the rear cameras support up to 4K recording at 30fps.
The punch hole display on the front carries a 16MP selfie shooter, which is a 5P lens with an f/2.1 aperture. It supports up to 1080p video recording at 30fps. It also comes with portrait mode, time-lapse mode, panoramic view, AI beauty mode, and more.

The narzo 30 Pro packs in a decent 5000mAh battery capacity underneath that charges through USB Type-C. It supports realme’s 30W Dart Charge technology and the company is also including the respective adapter in the retail packaging. The fast charge technology here claims to charge the device full in a mere 65 minutes. Besides, the device supports reverse wired charging (through OTG).
The other highlights of the device include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, waterproof sealing, Dolby Atmos and Hi-res audio certification, and display with eye protection mode. Lastly, in terms of connectivity, the device supports dual SIM standby (5G+5G DSDS), triple slim slot (two SIMs + one microSD), USB Type-C, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth 5.1.

The realme narzo 30 Pro 5G starts at Rs 16,999 for 6GB+64GB variant, and the larger 8GB+128GB costs Rs 19,999. The first sale of these devices will go live on March 4th and will be available for purchase on realme.com and Flipkart.
