realme Buds Air Pro arrives in a new design aesthetic — thanks to Parisian designer José Lévy. realme has collaborated with the designer to bring the already popular realme Buds Air Pro in a new avatar. The Master Edition is said to be the product of seven months of R&D alongside six design iterations and twelve complex manufacturing processes. All in all, the realme Buds Air Pro Master Edition stands out from the earlier launched Matte Black edition, which now retail at Rs 4,499. The Master Edition will retail at Rs 4,999 starting January 8.

realme Buds Air Pro Master Edition — Design

The latest Master Edition design is heavily inspired by classic cobbles, which comes in a New Wave Silver colour variant. These buds case has undergone several processing methods, including mirror art and vacuum plating process, which claims to have achieved a shiny, and reflective case. The full mirror design is also an inspiration from sculptures such as Chicago Cloud Gate and Statue of Kafka, to name a few.

Apart from the attracting new design, the Master Edition Buds attain the same specs and features underneath. They come with 10mm Bass Boost Drivers and feature ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) up to 35dB. The noise cancellation feature on these buds utilises realme S1 chip, under the hood. They also equip dual-mic noise cancellation for calls. There’s also transparency mode that allows you to be cautious with the environments when required. The Buds Air Pro further claims to deliver 94ms of super-low latency for better gameplay. They additionally feature Dynamic Bass Boost and support AAC HD Audio codecs and others as well.

The connectivity options on these buds include Bluetooth 5.0, and Google Fast Pair claims to pair them quicker. The wireless earbuds are water-resistant as well with IPX4 water rating.

The buds also feature customisable options like enabling game mode, enhancing bass boost mode, mode through the realme Link app. Users can further set each bud actions like double/tap gestures within the app. There’s a noise control feature on the app, which lets users enable or disable noise cancellation mode, and transparency mode.

The other highlights of these buds include support for Google Assistant alongside intelligent touch controls as well. There’s smart wear detection feature is self-explanatory as it detects whether the earbuds placement in the ear or remove, play/pausing the tracks accordingly.
