Realme 9 Pro+ Might Debut With Dimensity 920 SoC, India Launch Confirmed

Post hinting at the launch of the Realme 9 Series in India, now the brand has confirmed that Realme 9 Pro+ is all set to hit the Indian market. The new model is expected to come alongside the regular Realme 9 and Realme 9 Pro. While the exact launch date of the Realme 9 Pro+ is still awaited, some renders and specifications of the same device have appeared online. As per the leak, the Realme 9 Pro+ is said to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC.

Realme India took to Twitter to officially confirm the launch of the Realme 9 Pro+. The teaser shows the Pro+ branding of the new phone. Apart from this, the latest report by Smartprix in collaboration with tipster OnLeaks has revealed the specifications as well as the renders of the Realme 9 Pro+. The renders show the Realme phone with a gradient back and the hole-punch display design. The smartphone features a triple-rear camera setup, along with an LED flash. The black color variant looks premium in the finish with Realme branding on the lower back. The power button can be seen on the right side of the device, whereas the volume rocker is placed on the left side.

Realme 9 Pro+ Specifications (Expected)

In terms of specifications, the report further reveals that the Realme 9 Pro+ is tipped to feature a 6.43” FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM.

As for the optics, the Realme 9 Pro+ will feature a triple-rear camera setup that is said to have a 50MP Sony primary sensor, along with 8MP and 2MP secondary sensors. There would also be a 16MP selfie camera sensor at the front.

The Realme 9 Pro+ will come with up to 256GB of onboard storage, as per the reported details. The phone is also said to have a 4,500mAh battery. As per the earlier leaks, the Realme 9 Pro+ allegedly received certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Bluetooth Special Interest Group (Bluetooth SIG).
