Realme 7 with MediaTek Helio G95 SoC with 30W fast charging launched in India at Rs 14,999

Today, Realme has launched its most anticipated mid-range smartphone series in India. The Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro are launched in India today at the starting price of Rs 14,999, and Rs 16, 999, respectively. The all-new Realme smartphones in India comes with a range of distinctive features. Let’s talk about them below in detail. 

Realme 7- specifications, pricing, and availability 

MediaTek yesterday announced its new gaming processor, Helio G95, and today realme has announced a new handset, which is powered by this new SoC. Realme 7 comes with MediaTek Helio G95 SoC, and it is the world’s first phone to come with this new gaming processor. Accompanying the processor is a carbon fiber cooling system to keep device temperature in check. 

Sporting a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with 90Hz ultra-smooth experience, it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The brand claims it is the first smartphone in its category to pass a TUV Rheinland Smartphone Reliability Verification. The phone is powered by a 5000mAh capacity battery with 30W Dart charging. It uses a USB Type-C port for charging. 

The camera department packs in a quadruple rear setup, where the primary lens is a 64MP (IMX682) lens. It is followed by an 8MP ultra-wide lens with 119 degrees field of view (FOV). The remaining two lenses are each 2MP resolution, where one is a B&W portrait sensor, and the other is a macro sensor with 4cm focus support. On the front, you get a 16MP in-display selfie camera.  

As far as the biometric security is concerned, it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which could be an ideal position for a lot of users. This smartphone will be running on realme UI based on Android 10 OS. There are two colour variants, Mist white, and Mist Blue. 

Speaking about the pricing, it is priced at Rs 14,999 for the 6GB + 64GB, and Rs 16,999 for 8GB + 128GB model. Note that the storage is expandable on this phone. The phone will go on sale starting September 10 on Flipkart and realme.com.
