Realme 3 Pro - Feature Image

Realme has today announced its two new phones. Where one was expected, the other one wasn’t. The Realme C2 was the unexpected attendee of today’s Realme event. Pegged as its most affordable smartphone, it will be retail starting at Rs 5,999. The highlight of the show was Realme 3 Pro, though. Starting at Rs 13,999 for 4GB + 64GB, we thought it was missing the 8GB variant, which was available in its predecessor. But it looks like, it will eventually be coming to the market.

According to a report by 91mobiles in conversation with Realme CEO, Madhav Seth, they have learned the 8GB RAM model is expected to arrive by July. That’s more than two months down the line. While it is an understandable strategy that a higher RAM model could be announced later. But I believe two months could be a long time for users to wait for the 8GB model. Many potential users looking for it could easily opt for any other phone. Thus, Realme could end up losing out certain types of customers.

We have put out a detailed review of the Realme 3 Pro on our website and YouTube channel. You can go read/watch it now. Plus, there is a detailed camera comparison and performance comparison against Redmi Note 7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy A50. These three videos could help you make a better buying decision.
