Earlier this month, CEO of realme mobiles, Madhav Seth, confirmed to certain publications in an interview that the company is working on a successor of the Realme 1. This was after announcing that it will operate as a separate brand, spinning off from OPPO. It is quite clear now that the brand will be targeting users who are looking for premium features in the sub Rs 20,000 segment.

Realme 2: What do we know so far?

Not much actually! According to the image leaked earlier on the company’s website, we know that its new phone will have the couple of new features that are lacking in its current model. Starting with dual-rear cameras and a fingerprint sensor, which is missing on Realme 1. Further, the company seems to be highlighting the notch on its teaser image. We feel that is not a feature worth touting, you may feel otherwise.

Apart from the above mention facts learned from the leaked image, there is not much to state regarding the specifications of Realme 2. However, it can be expected that new Realme phone could come with the same Helio P60 processor, which the company is quite proud of because of the performance it offers. Stay tuned for more updates on the launch of Realme 2 in India.
