POCO will launch its next M-series smartphone, the POCO M4 Pro 5G on November 9, 2021. The smartphone will be the successor to the POCO M3 Pro launched this year. Latest rumours suggest that the POCO M4 Pro 5G will be the global rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11, which was launched in China recently. Well, ahead of the official launch, the company has started revealing several features of the smartphone.
As per the latest teaser revealed by POCO, the POCO M4 Pro will come with 33W fast charging support. Another teaser poster shared separately, confirms that the POCO M4 Pro 5G will be powered by an “ultra-fast” processor based on a 6nm chip. The device was previously spotted at Geekbench with the Dimensity 810 SoC, which is a 6nm chipset. The Geekbench listing further suggests that the phone is speculated to arrive in two variants: 6GB/ 8GB RAM options with up to 128GB of internal storage. As mentioned above, POCO M4 Pro 5G will be launched in the global market as a rebrand of the Redmi Note 11.
Apart from the Geekbench, the POCO M4 Pro 5G was also spotted on TENAA. So, according to this other listing, the M4 Pro 5G will feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. As for the camera, the smartphone will come with a triple-lens setup at the rear including a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 5MP tele-macro sensor. The POCO M4 Pro 5G is also rumored to pack a 5000mAh battery under the hood. It is likely to come in a slew of color options, including Black, Orange, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Grey, and White, etc.
POCO will unveil the M4 Pro 5G globally on November 9 via a virtual event at 8 PM GMT. Reports suggest that the POCO M4 Pro 5G will arrive in India soon.
