OPPO announces Rs 1 Crore aid to fight against COVID-19 in India

OPPO India has announced on its social handles that they would be donating Rs 1 Crore to COVID-19 relief funds proposed by Prime Minister and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister. In this challenging time when the country is fighting against this pandemic, any help is appreciated. The manufacturer is already complying with government guidelines and closed down their factory in Noida during the lockdown period.


The company has introduced an online repair service for its customers across the nation. With communication being seating on forefront empowering them with easy access to information regarding the COVID19. This online service will offer help in basic troubleshooting and software related issues.

The brand has also set up a 24X7 helpline on WhatsApp (at 9817502777) as well on social media via Facebook and Twitter at their handle @OPPOCareIN. Further users can send e-mail to support.in@oppo.com.

For OPPO users worried about the warranty of their phones or any OPPO products, the company has extended the warranty period on all of them till May 31st 2020. The company’s truly wireless earbuds, OPPO Enco M31 launch is also postponed. Right now, we all could do is just stay at our homes and practice social distancing.
