OPPO’s media invite for Find X launch event suggests a unique approach to notch is coming

The Oppo Find X invites are now circling Chinese streets and we’ve come to know they contain a hint to the stealthy Find X design. Days of the launch are numbered but we still don’t have a clue of the actual looks of the flagship. What we know for certain is that it will have a curved display. But it isn’t as simple as that is it?

What does Find X invite hints at?

Well, the invite suggests the Find X is another addition to the notch army. But before you do a facepalm, it is a notch, unlike anything we’ve seen before, not even on the Apple iPhone X. The envelope of the invite has a cutout which is semi-circular in nature. Now, it isn’t unusual for Chinese invites to come up with hints to the features of the product. This one is quite subtle but one particular leak has hinted at such a design.

Now what we’re more intrigued about is the design of the bottom chin of the handset. We have reason to believe that Samsung’s OLED panels might enable Oppo to out the first true iPhone X clone. That means no notch at the bottom and a very tiny notch on the top even smaller than the iPhone X.

As for specifications, a leak happened overnight detailing the entire schematics of the phone. If you want to check that out, here is the link to the entire piece.
