Despite the OnePlus 7 series being launched just a couple of months ago, rumors about the OnePlus 7T are rife. The rumor mill has it that the devices will come with new camera design, and the same has been confirmed in the newly leaked renders of the device. So, what is this new design all about? Update 31/08: OnePlus 7T Pro Specifications leaked
Apart from the processor shift, the OnePlus 7T Pro will be sporting a 4080mAh capacity battery, as per the new tweet posted by Ishan Agarwal. It will be running on the latest Android 10 based UI. The warp charge will support 30W fast charging with charging speed; 0% to 50% in 20 minutes, and 0% to 100% in 64 minutes. Talking about the camera department, it will have a new macro mode, HEVC support, and hybrid image stabilization. For more details on specifications, you’d have to wait.
Update 30/08: OnePlus 7T specifications leaked
Thanks to renowned leakster Ishan Agarwal, we now have a word about OnePlus 7T’s specifications. As expected, the device will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor. It will be available in two variants, 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. There will be two color options, namely, Frosted Silver and Haze Blue. The biggest upgrade here would be the display itself. The OnePlus 7T will feature a 6.55″ 2K (Quad HD+) Super AMOLED 90hz Display with a smaller notch.
In terms of cameras, users will now get a triple camera setup, comprising of a 48MP+16MP+12MP setup. Upfront, there will be a 16MP shooter for selfies. Powering the device would be a 3800mAh battery. Do note that these are the specifications of the 7T and NOT the 7T Pro. We are still waiting on a leak for the latter.
OnePlus 7T leaked renders
New renders of the OnePlus 7T are here, that reveal a circular camera bump for the 7T. It features three cameras placed horizontally in a single line, with the dual-LED flash below. Just to recap, the OnePlus 7 comes with a dual-camera setup, which makes the 7T a definitive upgrade, at least in the camera department.
Apart from the camera module, the rest of the design looks to be the same as the OnePlus 7. You still get the waterdrop notch at the top, along with the dual stereo setup.
OnePlus 7T launch date and availability
The device is speculated to be launched on 26th September in India. It will launch in India first, and will then be followed by a launch in other countries.
