Nokia 2.4 is the new handset announced by HMD Global for the Indian market. The company earlier introduced the smartphone globally and is now available for Indian consumers. It is the new budget smartphone from the company, which sports a MediaTek chipset, dual rear cameras, and an HD+ display.

Nokia 2.4 — Specs

The Nokia 2.4 features a dewdrop notch display which measures 6.5-inches and features an HD+ resolution. This full-screen display achieves an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display sits in a 3D nanotextured finish on the back, which the company calls it — a Nordic finish. That translates to be a mix of metal chassis in conjunction with a polycarbonate shell. There’s a dedicated Google Assistant button on the left of the device as well.

Under the hood, the Nokia 2.4 comprises a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC — an octa-core processor with clock speeds of up to 2GHz. In terms of storage, Nokia 2.4 features in 3GB of RAM — with either 32 or 64GB onboard storage options. There’s microSD expansion also available for up to 512GB. Nokia 2.4 ships with Android 11 out of the box — thanks to its Android One program.

There are dual cameras on the Nokia 2.4 smartphone with 13MP sensor acting as the primary camera, and there’s a 2MP depth sensor as well. On the front, the selfie shooter comprises a 5MP selfie shooter.

There’s a decent 4500mAh battery that powers the device. The other highlights of the device include a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, dedicated Google Assistant button, features in three — Dusk, Charcoal, Fjord colour variants. Connectivity options include — micro USB port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Dual SIM, FM Radio Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth 5.0.
