The MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2018 will have a galore of smartphones launching at it. Four new names have been added to that list and they are all from Motorola. The Moto X5, G6, G6 Plus, and G6 Play are rumoured to be launched at the event.
Specifications of the Moto X5
The weirdest of all these four smartphones is the Moto X5 which has an iPhone X-like notch and a white software button on the bottom of the screen. We aren’t able to spot a fingerprint sensor anywhere on the smartphone. It could also mean that Motorola is following the footsteps of Vivo and may sport an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Moto X5 will have a 5.9-inches display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080p. The smartphone is rumoured to have four cameras. The Moto branding has been replaced with Motorola on the front.
Specifications of the Moto G6
The Moto G6 will come with a 3D glass on the back and the company has gone for an all-metal approach like the G5 model. The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 450 chipset and will come with a 5.7-inches display. It will sport a 2160 x 1080p resolution with an 18:9 aspect ratio display.
The handset will have a dual rear camera setup with 12MP + 5MP rear camera and a 16MP front selfie shooter.
Specifications of the Moto G6 Plus and Moto G6 Play
The Moto G6 Plus will sport a 5.93-inches display with 2160 x 1080p resolution. The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 630 SoC. The handset will have a dual rear camera setup with 12MP + 5MP rear camera and a 16MP front selfie shooter. It will be packed with a 3,200mAh battery. On the other hand, the Moto G6 Play will house a 4,000mAh battery and will sport a 5.7-inches display with a fingerprint reader.
