The newly launched phone boasts of a 13 MP on the back and signature to its name, a large 16 MP camera on the front with a flash, which is an upgrade to last year’s 8 MP camera. The display size of the phone has been reduced to 5-inches from the 5.2-inch screen size, while the resolution has been increased to 1080 x 1920 pixels, increasing the pixel density to 441 ppi. Micromax for their Selfie 3 has upgraded from a quad-core Media Tek processor to an octa-core Snapdragon 435 processor. The device runs on Android Nougat just like its predecessor. Just like many other smartphones, this dual sim phone also has a fingerprint sensor at the back of the device, just below the camera.
The other specifications are kept the same. It is also powered by a 3000 mAh battery and is available with 3GB RAM and 32 GB storage space. The storage space can be expanded via a micro SD slot. Lastly, this phone for selfie-lovers is priced at INR 11,999.
