Today at an event in New Delhi, Jabra has launched its latest premium headphones in India. Originally unveiled in January this year at CES 2019, the Jabra Elite 85h is the company’s new Active Noise Cancelling headphones. The Elite 85h priced in India premium-ly at Rs 28,999. Let’s talk about its features below. 

Jabra Elite 85h features: the new ANC King?

The Danish audio equipment manufacturer has announced the entry into ANC headphones space in India. With its Elite 85h Bluetooth wireless headphones in the country. Being its most expensive headphones offering in the country, it goes head to head with Bose and Sony’s ANC offerings. 

The Elite 85h comes with a staggering 36 hours of continuous battery life while using active noise canceling. And up to 41 hours when ANC is switched off. Do you want to know the standby time of Elite 85h? Well, it comes with 1 year of standby time, as quoted by Amitesh Punhani, Country Marketing Manager, Jabra.

Additionally, they come with an IP52 rating, which means they are dust and waterproof. The company claims up to two years warranty against dust and water. These 40mm drivers enabled headphones to come with 8 microphones in total, with four exclusively for calls and two for noise cancellation, and two hybrid microphones used for both cases. And that’s one of the highlighting points of the Elite 85h, it is claimed to be made for both calls and music, but not just one of the both. 

There are some interesting features like SmartSound, Smart ANC, On-touch voice assistant access, and Jabra sound+ app for utilising those features according to needs. The Smart sound claims to adjust audio according to your surroundings, while the smart ANC promises to block unwanted background noise. Further, the Sound+ app by Jabra will offer you to control all the features of the Elite 85h.

Priced under Rs 30,000, these new ANC headphones from the house of Jabra comes in three colours, Black, Gold Beige, and Navy. They are going on sale in India via Amazon, Croma, and Jabra authorised resellers.
