The iOS 11.0.2 came out just last week and surprisingly, iOS 11.0.3 update has been released by Apple this week. The new update is just 285 MB in size.
The motive of this update is to fix some bugs. The most important issue with the last update was with audio and haptic feedback on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, which was not working in some cases. The other issue which has been fixed is touch input responsiveness issue on the iPhone 6s units serviced with non-genuine parts.
Apple also paid attention to advising against servicing with non-genuine parts which can make the visual quality look compromised. You can download this update via iTunes.
