Huawei P30 Lite, P20 Lite, Nova 3i, and Y9 set to receive a new EROFS update soon

Huawei is looking to get back to the good side of its user base worldwide. Starting with frequent updates, the brand has been constantly on top of its software situation. While the dark clouds are still on the heads of Huawei, the brand seems to be doing fine as it recently posted record sale of its flagship phone, the P30 Pro. 

Huawei to bring EROFS on its line-up!

In a bid to offer best in class features, the company is set to introduce a disrupting technology on its new and existing line of smartphones in India. The company is set to introduce a new file system on its phones dubbed as EROFS. Its acronym for Extendable Read Only File System. 

What’s EROFS and how it will be helpful for Huawei smartphones? With the new file system, Huawei claims there will be an improvement in disk performance. Plus, it is also said to offer faster speed. The brand has progressive plans to offer this new file system on its range of phones. 

What all Huawei phones will be receiving the EROFS update? The list is said to include Huawei’s P30 Lite, P20 Lite, Nova 3i, and the Y9, covering almost all premium phones. While the new file update system is said to offer better mobility, it has a host of new features to offer.   

Note that the new file system is also said to offer a higher response rate as far as a reading file is concerned. Regardless of the file genre, document, music, or videos. Adding to that the large apps such as games are said to take less time to start when the phone is switched to EROFS update.
