Huawei Band 6 is the new addition to the company’s fitness band series introduced in India. Launched at Rs 4,490, the Huawei Band 6 offers all-day blood oxygen saturation monitoring (aka SpO2), a bigger AMOLED display, a two-week battery life, heart-rate monitoring, 96 sports modes, and more. Albeit falling under the fitness band category, the Huawei Band 6 promises to offer a smartwatch-like interactive experience.

Weighing around 18grams, the Huawei Band 6 certainly stands out from other traditional bands out there. It has a more prominent rectangular display, which measures 1.47-inches. It’s a FullView AMOLED display featuring a 64% screen-to-body ratio. The display also has a unique resolution of 194 x 368 and a 282ppi. Huawei says that this resolution is more user-friendly, featuring a colourful screen accompanied by providing more health/feature information at a glance.
The Huawei Band 6 is offered in four colour variants: Graphite Black, Sakura Pink, Amber Sunrise, and Forest Green.

The highlighted feature of the Huawei Band 6 happens to be the all-day SpO2 monitoring. Followed by continuous, real-time heart rate, sleep, and stress monitoring. The band features Huawei’s TrueSeen 4.0, wherein the hardware modulations take place. Accompanied by a new power-saving algorithm, the Huawei Band 6 supports all-day SpO2 monitoring. It claims to alert the user immediately by raising the alarm whenever the blood oxygen level drops. The aim is here to take swift action, and as well as to manage health proactively, says Huawei.
The Huawei Band 6 is promising a two-week battery life on a single charge — managed by a higher efficiency chipset on the inside alongside intelligent power-saving algorithms, as mentioned earlier.
