Honor Play 7C will come with Facial Recognition feature, company teases its dual cameras

Huawei is all set to launch the Honor Play 7C in China on 12th March. The company is paying a lot of attention to the phone’s marketing so far. A new teaser video has also surfaced on the official Weibo page. The phone’s dual rear cameras and Facial Recognition feature have been shown off in the video.

Honor Play 7C: leaked specs and features

The Honor Play 7C has been leaked through its TENAA listing and the phone will have a 5.99-inch Full View display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Yes, the device will have thin bezels on all four sides and is likely to be a good looking one.

The phone will have two variant, one with 3GB of RAM and another with 4GB of RAM. The Honor Play 7C will run on an octa-core processor, clocked at 1.8GHz. As one can make out, the phone will be a mid-range offering by Huawei. The phone will support dual SIM cards with a separate slot for a microSD card. 

The Honor Play 7C will sport a dual rear camera setup with 13MP + 20MP sensors and an LED Flash. The selfie shooter on the phone will have an 8MP sensor, coupled with an LED Flash. The back panel of the phone will include a fingerprint sensor and a small 2900mAh battery. The device will run Android 8.0 Oreo-based EMUI 6.0.
