How to contact Xiaomi through WhatsApp

Connect with Xiaomi through WhatsApp

WhatsApp is arguably the highest used instant messenger in India. Thus when it announced a separate WhatsApp Business app it was big news. Obviously, this would open the door for big brands to directly contact their customers through their preferred medium. It’s great to see Xiaomi has been quick to make a move. The Chinese phone maker has yesterday launched itself on the WhatsApp business platform as Mi Bunny. It’s a free subscription service that anyone in India can subscribe to.

The process for the customer is similar to messaging a new contact. Its as easy as saving a number, sending a message, and you’re good to go.

  • First of all, add ‘+917760944500′ to your contact list.
  • After saving the number, message the number by simply typing ‘Xiaomi’.

  • You will receive a welcome message.
  • To unsubscribe from the service, simply type, ‘Stop’.

Xiaomi’s Mi Bunny WhatsApp service notifies users for a host of things. Subscribers will get instant updates for Xiaomi product launches, exciting product offers, sale reminders, notifications.
