Alienware Area-51m, Alienware M15, and Dell G7 (2019) launched in India

Dell and its subsidiary Alienware on Monday launched Alienware Area-51m, Alienware m15 and Dell G7 devices for the gamers in the country. Originally unveiled at the CES 2019 in January, the devices have now made their way to India. The prices start at Rs. 1,57,399, which certainly doesn’t make them cheap. Well then, let’s take a look at the new gaming laptops from the company.

Dell Alienware Area-51m

The Dell Alienware Area-51m is the world’s first laptop that features upgradable gaming laptop ever. It comes with a 9th Gen 8-core desktop processors, Supports up to 64GB2 of memory, 2.5Gbps Ethernet technology, upgradeable graphics, and desktop processors. It features the all-new Alienware Legend design. What’s more, is that it comes with full support for the Alienware Graphics Amplifier enabling dedicated PCI-Express bandwidth for desktop graphics cards from NVIDIA or AMD. There’s also Alienware’s Advanced Cryo-Tech 2.0 technology platform offers the most robust notebook cooling solution yet moving more CFM of ambient air than any previous Alienware notebook. The device will be available in Lunar Light and Dark Side of the Moon color options.

Dell Alienware M15

The Alienware M15 breaks all the concepts you’ve ever known about an Alienware laptop. This is the lightest laptop from the company, weighing at around 2Kg. It comes powered by the 8th generation Intel Core i7 processors. This is alongside the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 & 2070 MQ design graphics cards. AlienFX customizable lighting across 6 zones including keyboard, power button, and LCD cover Alien head. The Alienware M15 is available in Epic Silver and Nebula Red color options.

Dell G7 15 (2019)

While Alienware is the pricier segment, Dell’s own G-series appeals more to the masses. It comes packed with 8th Gen Intel® Core™ processors and the powerful NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 20 Series discrete graphics with 6GB GDDR6 video memory. You also get a 144Hz 15-inch display with 3-sided narrow borders, wide-viewing angle and in-plane switching. There are dual drives with SSD options including NVMe PCIe ensure faster performance and better reliability. The Dell G7 15 is only available in Abyss Grey with blue accents

Price in India: Starts at Rs. 1,57,399

All three laptops will go on sale starting April 1, 2019. It will be available for purchase from Reliance, Croma and multi-brand stores across the country. Additionally, users can also purchase it online via Dell’s own store.
