TCL is all set to launch its first phone with the name of Alcatel 3C in 2018. The phone will have the trending aspect ratio of 18:9. The full-screen design is the USP of the phone and it is going to be the cheapest phone with a bezel-less design so far. A product catalog has unveiled all of its major specs ahead of its launch in CES 2018.
The phone has a 6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1440 x 720p. The bezels around the screen are pretty thin and the phone does look nice with them. The Alcatel 3C is powered by the MediaTek MT8321 quad-core processor, clocked at 1.3 GHz. The phone will have a 3,000mAh battery which will last for up to 300 hours on standby.
The Alcatel 3C will have 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage which will be expandable, of course. The phone has a fingerprint sensor on its back and runs Android 7.0 Nougat.
The main shooter on the phone has an 8MP sensor while the front camera is laced with a 5MP sensor. The phone will sport a polycarbonate chassis with a metallic finish. The measurement of the phone is 161 x 76 x 7.9mm and it weighs 168g. The phone comes in three colours including the Gold, Metallic Blue, and Metallic Black.
The phone will cost $143 and will launch in CES 2018. It will be on sale after a few weeks of the CES.
