10.or launching new smartphone with 5.45-inch 18:9 display on August 22

10.or India is announcing a new smartphone on 22nd August, the new company teased on its Twitter account today. Although 10.or (Tenor) has not shared details of the upcoming handset, the launch coincides with the introduction of the POCO F1, which is also due to launch on the same date. Apart from social media accounts, there is now an Amazon.in page as well that informs us of the same launch.

While there is a video in the teaser itself, here is what the tweet says: “We know you’ve been waiting for what’s next and it’s finally here! Stay tuned for the full reveal on 22 August. Get ready for a new smartphone experience Created By Us, #DefinedByYou!”

Looking at the short video, we can gather that the new phone will feature a sport a 5.45-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Most of the other specs are unknown but an HD+ screen is seen as possible. Also, the good thing about 10.or (pronounced as Tenor) is that it’s handsets come with stock Android. And since the landing page appeared on Amazon.in, the handset should be exclusive to that portal most likely.

10.or mostly caters to the under – Rs 10,000 segment of buyers, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see this as one that is priced similarly. 10.or has three new handsets under its belt till now. Those are the 10.or G, E, and D. Any guesses on which one will the next one be?
